In celebration of the first anniversary of the Compassion Revolution, the JDHF presents the Heigl Rescue Challenge, a contest for qualified rescue groups with two life-saving grants as prizes! It’s a fun event focused on building our social network to facilitate the spread of information to our pet partners. The rescue group who wins by encouraging the most Followers for our Twitter page, will be rewarded with a $7,000 grant. Second place will receive $3,000.
Thanks to all our volunteers who assisted us at the first JDHF PETCO Adoption Day in Glendale, CA on September 25th. The event was held to help find homes for our wonderful Heigl Hounds Of Hope and introduce some of our recent rescues to the public. Meet Apollo, Stevie, Tinker and Jett, just four of our amazing dogs that are looking for forever homes.
